I specialize in crafting photos that are beautiful, original, and most importantly, capture the essence of my subjects. I work with natural light, bringing warmth, kindness, and fun to every photo session!

Family Photo Session
(typically 1-2 hours, $750)

I love working with families to capture shared moments. Having kids of my own, I know how fleeting time is and how important it is to record it. Depending on the size of the group and location, we get around 4-6 different backgrounds, and many, many different looks! I supply all the photos (100-200) in full resolution for printing or posting and will provide a gallery of ~50 favorites. Turnaround time is generally 2 weeks, but this may be flexible if you need them more quickly.

Senior Photo Session
(typically 1 hour, $500)

I know how hard it can be to get the perfect shot of your teenager, I have two! It is so important that they are comfortable and happy with the outcome. I'll make sure to work with them to get different poses, looks and locations so they have plenty of options to choose from! I provide ~100 full res photos and a gallery of my 25 favorites. If you want something more simple and quick, check out my headshot option.

Headshot
(typically 30 minutes, $300)

If you’re in need of a professional headshot, this quick session is for you! I will provide 5-10 great options to pick from, and will also supply all the full-resolution photos we take together.

Newborn/Baby Photo Session
(typically 1-2 hours, $500)

Babies are the cutest! The key to photographing babies is flexibility: from the place and time to adapting based on the baby’s disposition. I am available to collaborate with you to determine what will work best.

Pet Photo Session
(typically 1 hour, $500)

Fur babies are pretty adorable too! I love all animals and would love to partner with you to capture your pet in all its elegance and glory! The logistics here will greatly depend on what works for you and your pet, contact me for more information.

Events

I have experience with indoor and outdoor events, formal and informal: weddings, mitzvahs, birthday parties, fundraisers, and galas. Please contact me for more details.

Locations

I typically shoot in the Greater Boston area, but can travel further if need be (surcharge for 30 miles or more from Boston). Having spent much of my life in the Boston area, I have some favorite locations that feature heavily in my work, including the Arnold Arboretum and Larz Anderson. I've put together a google map I share with clients that features many options providing different looks for portrait sessions.

Timing

When shooting outside, I only shoot with natural light, so I focus on early morning or late afternoon when the sun is lower and creates more pleasing angles and softer, warmer light. Typically this means starting two hours before sunset or the hour after sunrise. All seasons provide great opportunities for photography, but it's hard to beat fall in New England!
